Wines were judged on April 7-9, 2017 at Mount Snow Grand Summit Hotel in West Dover, Vermont. 2,497 Total Entries, 506 Total Wine Flights, 759 Total Judging Hours, 50 American States Represented, 6 Canadian Provinces Represented, 7 Countries Represented.

Mulled Wine Recipe

Mulled Wine1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup brandy 
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg          
1) Combine all ingredients in a heatproof jug (or in a saucepan).
2) You can alter the proportion of orange juice to red wine according to taste.
3) Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 – 2 minutes
(or heat in a saucepan on the stove) until hot but NOT BOILING.
4) Stir.
5) Pour into wine glasses and serve.
